Come the end of the season watch how he starts to tire, I saw it in the Baltimore playoff game when he threw a pass short and he looked utterly shattered. This is the problem Denver face, not wearing him out before the play offs. Once you break your neck, you will never get the same amount of usage out of the neck as before.

You have to disrupt the timing of the offense. The Raider were free releasing the receivers off the line and Peyton was eating them up. I would jam the receivers at the line of scrimmage and send heavy pressure at the QB.

So.. our strategy is that he might get a little tired by the end of the season.. and then.. make a mistake?

No sense in pretending Manning isn't the absolute boss, but they have faced an overrated, soft schedule so far. And it doesn't get harder this week, at least from an offensive perspective (at home against the Eagles). Offensively, they're going to break a lot of records with the way Manning's playing and the defenses they face this year.

Heh. That won't be your staff's strategy. That's gonna be a good game.

Manning is a boss...I think he may have some trouble with the Chiefs but I don't think the Chiefs will be able to go TD for TD against him. |
