I BELIEVE that Adobe will embed the fonts into the file to make sure they stay consistent, but not 100% sure of that.
What program is she using to create them? I'm happy to test converting it if it's a common type. I've got Acrobat X Pro. Or I could...uh...help you find a way to "try out" Acrobat yourself. |

There is an option in Acrobat to imbed used fonts within the document.

Also, please refer to the program by its name. It drives me nuts when people call it Adobe. Adobe is a company, not a piece of software. You don't make spreadsheets in Microsoft do you?
