@TeamVic: Thoroughly confused. Zimmerman doesn't last a year before the hood catches up to him.

He deleted it minutes after he tweeted and we wait until we hear he was hacked.

And there's nothing wrong with being suspicious either. I'm suspicious to protect my family. A lot of people have gotten assaulted or murdered for not being suspicious. And it's not "racial profiling," it's called instincts. I'm just as suspicious walking out from a grocery store parking at night with a white guy looking like he's up to no good than it would be any other person. I'd like to see stats taken as to how many times people have been right that "racial profiled." I bet it's more right than wrong. I think when people argue racial profiling it actually really means "mine your own business because I'm up to no good, I don't wanna hurt you but I will, so again, mind your own business." I know some people do it for the wrong intentions, but come on.

Martin had a history of breaking laws. Who knows whether or not he was up to no good? When given the opportunity to beat a man down he certainly took it.

The only thing that led to murder was Martin committing assault.

I can understand that if you have never had it happen to you you wouldn't believe it exists.....just like when that cop told me "Now that I know who you are, I won't pull you over anymore" LOL!

He was suspicious of an individual with a history of running afoul of the law.

Would you say his suspicions were confirmed when he felt the concrete cracking his head open?

I think this is an important point. Even though Zimmerman was found not guilty and therefore isn't going to jail, it's not like his life is back to normal. At a minimum, he's essentially going to either be under house arrest (of sorts) for years or risk nutjobs retaliating against him.

The lives of him and his family are going to be negatively impacted by this for a very long time, regardless of the verdict. You can bet your ass he wished he would've done something differently that night.

You wouldn't think so, judging by the comments on this board....So that just means he played a part in this.....I go to the origin of an issue and you can't escape the cause and just run to the symptom.....The cause was his billy bad ass act based on a black kid that he didn't know walking in the neighborhood and he assumed he was up to no good based on recent break ins.....What part of that is not fact?
