If we flash, even a little, the place will come alive. If the players feed into it, the stadium would become explosive. Even that will probably not help the chiefs that much. It's David and Goliath and even though we would love the underdog win storyline, the odds are very heavy

oh, and I wish I was there that day.

I was there on opening day last year, the win against SD. I love Arrowhead when it's at it's best.

I'll bet it was fun that night too! This time we just don't have the firepower. We may get up on the Packers early, but there's just no way we compete for the entire game. Unless they just turn the ball over 10 times we're not winning the game. Maybe next time.

Why not? I had a Vanover jersey at one point and was damn proud of it. Seems really sad now. I don't remember but isn't he in jail for stealing cars or something?

I think he was involved with Bam Morris' drug ring.

...

That 2003 game was one of the best games Ive seen.

So many swings and a ****ing perfect ending for us.

Oh, I agree. BUT, we can dream for the rest of tonight and sat night before reality slaps us across the face with it's big veiny dick and makes us it's bitch...

The 1993 MNF game with the Packers was pretty good too. The Chiefs won. It was Favres first visit to Arrowhead.

Here was the opening....this was the one year that ABC dumped Hank for random music stars. This game got Sammy (what happened to my career?) Kershaw.

Forward to 1:51 for the opening of the Chiefs/Pack game.

I remember a time when NFC teams got regularly obliterated at Arrowhead regardless of how good they were, or how bad the Chiefs were.

03' offense + 96' defense = undefeated until dismantled by age or FAcy.
