Its not the speed I'm referring to. Its bandwidth. I don't want to stream every last thing in HD. I watch netflix on the lowest setting and am perfectly fine with the quality. I want that with everyone. 300mb per hour is a hell of a lot better than 2gb per hour.

amazon offers bandwidth control on their streaming service now but nowhere near as good as netflix. Amazon is still over a gb per hour even on the lowest setting and that setting only applies to pc and mobile. If you have Fire TV or watch through xbox or ps4 you get HD whether you want it or not.
