Hey why don't we just go 8-8? Wouldn't that be something?

We could all really have something to feel good about if we're into moral victories.

This franchise just never seems to amaze me of how many different things they can fuck up.

I have no expectations for next year now considering we can expect exactly d!ck from the draft.

Playmakers? Forget it. Not now. Unless we're into having to spend some big $$$ to get them.

Sure would be nice to be able to get some good production out of inexpensive players (draft).

We're screwed now.

Maybe we'll be lucky enough to have 2 guys on the roster with 1 of them starting 2 years from now.

Yet, you're the one rooting for our team to lose. Get a clue asshole.

Nevermind. You simply can't grasp the bigger picture of winning it all.

In a way a lot of us can't because we haven't done it in 30+ freaking years.

Enjoy tonights win.

oh, so we're guaranteed a impact player at 6 rather than 16? That would explain why Eli is leading his team to the playoffs as opposed to Roethlisberger. Hell it's always been that was, look how much losing got us in the 83 draft. Good thing we lost those extra games so we could pick up Blackledge instead of Marino. If your team is good at scouting you can make good picks no matter where you are. An earlier pick doesn't promise shit.

Excellent post by David.

There's more to gain by building a culture of winning than by tanking 53 players' confidence to get a higher pick.

We went 6-10 in 2001 and picked 6th in the draft. Its entire possible that other teams will win a few, and we could trade up.

That would be something. It would mean we won out. Having the Chiefs win games would suck.

You guys just don't see the bigger picture. Limping to the finish and drafting high is the clear path to Super Bowl gold! It will help next year if the players feel they can't compete. I want a low self-esteem team! Yeah!

No quitters on that sideline tonight its too bad that they didn't realize that we needed to upgrade our defensive players this off season and maybe we could have made a late run this year but our secondary you cant do anything but and

Wow, I think this is the earliest any one has declared the season over. One victory late in the season sends the whole franchise into a permanant downward spiral. Amazing.
