I'd take him in the second. He is a good coverage linebacker and in today's NFL, Hali and Houston coming off the edges with Teo and DJ dropping back could prove to really help this defense.
Th guy has some issues, no doubt,..but so do most linebackers. |

According to the trade charts, psychopathic behavior moves a player down less than one round if he plays defense, so yes, I'd take him in the second.
