Bomb Exploded at Boston Marathon Finish Line
I've heard an unconfirmed report (a co-worker's girlfriend called him) that there was a bomb at the finish line of the Boston Marathon, with people injured. I am hearing multiple sirens, though I'm not in the Copley area.

A co-worker just bet me a dollar that it was a right wing extremist that was responsible for the bombings. I figured...I'll take that bet. It'll be hard to prove it was a "right wing extremist" even if it does turn out to be an American citizen. I told him "If it's a dude with a mullet...the dollar is yours" lol

That's what I was thinking. Could just be a "right wing extremist" trying to make "muslims" look like terrorists or even something to do with all the gun control talk or something.

The only little bridge to that conclusion is April 15 being "Tax Day." It's really to early to speculate.

Possibly, you would think a right-wing extremist or a tax protester would be targeting a government building though. This has more of a school shooting vibe to it. Seems to me like an emotionally disturbed individual that wanted to hurt people more than anything political. Just speculating.

Kinda disturbing. From everything I've read, the saudi guy was injured in the bombing. He gave his consent to have his apartment searched, and police had to refute a proclamation by the NY post that he was the guy. Right now, it seems he's only being mentioned for being brown in the wrong spot.

Additionally, no ball bearings in the bombs, and there were no additional unexploded devices.

I hope they catch whoever did this soon.
