That was because they showed no interest previously. But then they sent our HC, GM, Director of player personnel, VP, President, and Offensive Coordinator to his pro day. And our HC was talking to him for 90 minutes and held up his post pro day interview.

Except from what I remember you were very confident(cocky even) that they wouldn't and shouldn't go after him. Not as much from reports you heard but from your knowledge of what they would/should do.
