That is pretty sad that he indeed could be dead and nobody's really sure because they know McMahon would fake something like this.

I can't imagine they'd fake this though, no one would ever believe them again when another wrestler is actually pronounced dead.

I wonder if WWE knew about this yesterday, but decided not to go public with it until today(only referring to it as a personal family issue).

Kinda sad to think about the "We Want Benoit" chants last night.

I doubt they would have waited until 2 hours before Raw goes on the air to say something. If they'd known and waited, they probably would have said it this morning or after the PPV. Plus, Dave Meltzer was reporting on Benoit missing the PPV before the show, so it seemed like a legit story.
