Poop My Wife Got A Visit From The Police Today - Page 5

So my wife got a visit from the police today while I was at work. The reason? Get this:

OUR NEIGHBORS COMPLAINED THAT WE (I) WAS THROWING SNOW FROM MY SNOWBLOWER ONTO THEIR LAWN!

There is an alley behind our garage, and their house is on the other side of the alley. When I use the snowblower to clear out the alley so we can get the cars in and out of the garage, the only logical place to put the snow is just off to the side of the alleyway, on their lawn. You know, THE SAME PLACE THE CITY'S SNOWPLOW PUTS THE SNOW WHEN IT MAKES ITS PASS DOWN THE ALLEY!

I thought my wife was joking when she told me. It's freaking snow for pete's sake! And why call the police and file a complaint? Why not just come talk to me and ask me if I could put it somewhere else?

Unbelievable.

Go into his lawn w/ your snowblower, blow all the snow back while simultaneously digging up his grass.

Why would anybody be opposed to snow in their yard? If it's not on the sidewalk or driveway, it's just more snow for fort building. (I never really outgrew this.)

too bad I'm not your neighbor because I'd let you push as much snow as you need to to get your cars out and get to work or somewhere. its just ****ing snow it'll be gone. its not garbage or dead bodies so wtf is the problem?

dude, i've seen some petty shit over the years, but that takes the cake. i was going to crack a joke about it killing their grass, but i see they are dumb enough to think that it will.... their lawn looks like its in superb condition anyways in the google street view...
