The Hunts only understand $...
Back in the 70's the fan base was down to that of a high school football team, so they brought in new general manager/coaches/players and rebuildt during the Schottenheimer years.
Sick of the Same ol' S--t? Don't go and they will change...sad but true, as long as they keep filling up the stadium they will choose to stay $26M under the cap and ride the moneywave.

Agreed. I dont even think they are filling up the stadium 100% now, even though they might claim they are.

Once the weather turns cold and the Chiefs are 1-10, nobody gonna want to go out there and watch Panthers/Chiefs or Colts/Chiefs late in the season.

For 2014, Chiefs have 4 players who are among the 50 top cap hit salaries in the NFL....more than any other NFL team.

Bowe $12,000,000
Berry $11,619,700
Hali $11,464,706
Flowers $10,500,000

Together they account for 34% of the chiefs 2014 salary cap.

Most likely gone next season (if Ford looks capable). Bowe too?
