This is where I'm at*. I stuck with the Chiefs out of civic loyalty, now that I'm moving, that stubborn turd has been wiggled off. I honestly don't know how the out of town guys and gals do it. The Chiefs could win the Super Bowl (), and I hope they do, and I'd just tip my cap from afar.

I've been out of KC for almost ten years now and if anything, my love for the Chuefs is more staunch. Probably a function of (1) homesickness and (2) "they may be losers, but they're MY losers."

I get the homesick angle and maybe I'll experience some of that, but I'm keeping the Royals. I honestly think that Pioli, Cassel, and Crennel assassinated my fandom. Anger, excitement, envy, pride...I feel nothing. A Chiefs SB run () would be incredible for the city and fans though, so I'll always root for that.
