My daughter got a 2 seed
My daughter (15 year old high school sophomore) tells me yesterday that it's tradition for the senior boys to make up an NCAA tourney style bracket using the names of 64 girls in the school that they think are the hottest. She then tells me she got a #2 seed in the "Megan Fox" region. She didn't really know what it meant so she was wanting me to explain it to her. This led me to 3 separate thoughts/emotions...

1. How dare those ****ing boys objectify my little girl! (anger)
2. Wow my baby got a 2 seed! (pride)
3. Why the **** didn't she get a 1 seed?! (anger)

No I will not provide pics. Suffice it to say she's cute a hell.

Dads... how would you feel about this?

I figure this topic could provide plenty of opportunity for criticism, unwanted advances and general douchbaggery... the things that make the planet turn on its axis... but my lovely daughter and I are impervious to your barbs because obviously we're the shit.

Bump because I thought it would be nice to have 2 threads that some folks find creepy on the front page... and to update...

Kiddo told me she got 2nd place overall. I guess it was done by having every senior boy fill out their own bracket and points/places were tallied up. I don't know the girl that won... some senior... go figure.

So my kiddo is a sophomore and already #2 on the hottie list in the school. I'm partially proud, partially ugh.

Basically Ray (kiddos nickname) had a KU tourney. A 2 seed that finishes second overall. That's my kid.

I must say I'm a little surprised at some of the negative comments in here. Did people really think I was pimping out my kid or something?



Hardly. Is it wrong for a dad to think it's cool that his daughter is pretty? If she weren't the kind of kid she is I guess it might bother me more.

It's not like I went full listopencil and literally threw her to the wolves lol.
