I don't look at it as a fall

Geno was inappropriately hyped and put in top 10

Reality set in at draft time and Geno took his rightful spot at 39

I agree with the comment that Chiefs did not want a QB. That was clear. So, even if Geno was at 1.1 someone would have paid the Chiefs a gold mine to take the pick.

agreed, so lets stop talking about this years QB class until a couple of years go by. We could look back at the dirty Sanchez draft and quite a few people would look like morons.

KC fans often talk about emulating certain teams like the Ravens, Pitt and NYG.

Well, Nassib and Jones were good enough for two of those teams to take in the 4th (not including Philly taking Barkley) but none of those guys were good enough for KC?

The Chiefs picked up three new QBs this off-season (more, if you count guys like Dane Crist, which I don't). It's not like they stood pat.

How many games has Sanchez won since those playoffs? He sure hasn't lead that team back without that running game and defense.
