From all I've read, he has accuracy issues. I don't think that's really something that can improve and unless art b briles is coming with him, pass

Yes, his accuracy is good under 10 yards and decent on bombs (although it's hard to tell how good because of the speed advantage his WRs usually had).

He sucks on the 10-20 yard routes (especially on the 10-15 out routes).

I've watched enough of him to know that the only way I would want to see him on the Chiefs is if he is an UDFA.
