I'd much rather have the right GM/Personnel guy.

Jesus Christ could be the HC - it won't mean much if the GM is bombing draft after draft.

Works both ways. Is Crennel not proof enough of that? He took a 7-9 team and turned them into a 2-14 team....a 2-14 team that arguably had more talent than the 7-9 team.

HC is extremely important.

Meh.

Did Crennel do that or did the QB play do that?

Crennel was bad, no doubt, but seriously... Cassel was all time bad and Quinn was worse.

Crennel is everyone's scapegoat.

Otherwise, people would have to admit this organization is more flawed than they want to believe.

He's not a scapegoat. He was horrible and a big part of the problem. And yes, you can look back, I was one of the most critical about the stupidity of the hire as soon as it happened.

Crennel was shit. He wasn't a scapegoat. He was fired for turning a 7-9 team into a 2-14 team, that, like I said, arguably had MORE talent.

I don't care WHO they beat, the fact is, they BEAT them...W/o Jammal Charles. The 2012 team got blown out repeatedly WITH Charles. That's coaching.

I agree with that. But the Chiefs were bad in ALL Phases of the game for the majority of the season. That's on RaC.

If you look at who the 7-9 team beat, you'd realize they weren't that good either.
