Football Does accepting defensive pass interference eliminate a reception? - Page 3

Yes this is a fantasy football question.

The NFL has ruled that this was a reception by Hakeem Nicks. This obviously changes the scoring for Nicks in a FF league and it has reversed the outcome of a game. Now I've got the owner of the (now) losing team complaining that this wasn't a catch because the Giants accepted the penalty.

Should I overturn the stat adjustment and keep the score the way it originally was? Or the does the NFL ruling trump all?

You let the owners vote, they'll likely vote in whatever way benefits their team. Just stick to the official stat line. There's no judgement call here.

we are using cbssports.com and some guy lost by 1 point because they left it as a catch. we told the dude who lost oh well

You go by what the NFL final determination is. That is how every pretty much all fantasy leagues work. If he doesn't like it tough shit.

Hopefully the loss keeps him out of the playoffs. That will teach him.

Easiest decision in the world. Go by the host site rules.

Well....I just officially had to kick my first team out of my league.

I told him that it wasn't changing. He demanded his money back. I refused. He threatened that he was coming over to my house. He's getting his money and just lost access to his account.

Some people take FF WAY to serious.
