I'm not getting why we dont play Stanzi?

Its not possible to have more of a throw-away season than what we have right now.

So why not see what the kid has?

And if he sucks.....we get THREE new QB's for next year's roster.

Because everyone in the organization is fighting for their jobs. They don't want to go all in on a QB who is a late round pick and has not shown even a glimps of promise. I agree that they should play him just to see if he can progress into a servicable backup but, I doubt it'll happen

I would say that Cassel determined that this was his last year in KC when he got booed at the celeb softball game only to be re-enforced when some of our classless fans booed him when he got hurt.

He's not the best QB the Chiefs have ever had, but he is also most likely the only Chiefs QB that has gone through so many HC's and OC's in his time in KC.

His supporting cast couldn't get Joe Montana a win when he was in his prime, or any other 5 star QB for that matter.
