It kinda depends on how you found out they were epileptic. Let's use your mother as an example:

If your on an intent site and someone says, I did your mother in the butt. And your response is, my mother is dead -asshole. Then anything said about your mother is fair game cause you're a douchbag for relaying info for sympathy reasons.
