Goddamn things are as addictive as crack!

I haven't had any in a couple years, so I bought a bag, and I can't put them down. The problem is they cost roughly a trillion dollars a bag.

I need a 12 step program.

The key is to get pistachios that are still in their shells so you have to take the time and get them out, which slows you down and prevents you from stuffing them all in your mouth at once.

First of all, yeah, they are really good. My tongue gets sores on it from the salt because I like to put the salty nut in my mouth and suck on it before I crack it open and get to the delicious nutty inside. Nohomo.

fighting the shit right now. loaded up on antibiotics and pain pills. if it doesn't get better by tomorrow, they're checking me in the hospital for a weekend worth of iv's. they've already taken a third of my colon, so I gotta watch it pretty close.

dude...I saw a huge bag at Costco of UNSHELLED pistacios. holy shit.

at least with the effort of shelling them you can somewhat limit how much you eat. but I can't imagine a bag of shelled 'stacios. I'd knock out an entire bag alone.;

A friend of mine lives in Berkeley, CA. The farmers market has a pistachio nut farm that brings them to market, roasts and seasons them fresh on the spot, then packs them in cryovac for shipping. He sends me some for Christmas, and man, are they good. Very addictive.
