Chiefs Opening Weekend Road Trip to Chiefs vs. Jacksonville - Page 10

A group of us from the Tampa area are going to the game. I'm sure there will be other Chief fans going to the game.

The group seats are in Section 130. Row U and V. Seats 1-20

We are planning to get some group tickets together and fly the Chiefs red. We are also planning the best tailgate to ever take place in the Jaguar's parking lots.

If you just want to come to the tailgate and get your own tickets I'll post the location of the tailgate in the opening post when its decided.

Here's the tailgate spot. You can buy parking reservations in the lot now. I will post a pic or describe the location of where we are at in the parking lot early on game day in this thread.

Don't know if you've ever used it or not, but check the NFL Ticket Exchange from Ticketmaster the night before the game. People drop prices big time at the last minute just to get something for them and they're mainly ones you can print off the computer right when you buy them. It's what I did for the Saints game last year. The tickets we got were 50% higher three days prior.

Got a good buddy of mine going to this game from South Carolina. He was looking for some chiefs fans to tailgate with, I showed him this thread, hes pretty fired up.

Haha didn't know I wasn't the only chiefs fan here in SC.

All the parking near the stadium is reserved, so if i were you guys, I'd try to chase down some parking passes.

Even the ones at Talleyrand and Albert?

Been told they were not reserved, had more room, some even had grass.

Oh, I mean any of the lots around the stadium like you'd think of with Arrowhead are reserved. I can't think of where there is a big parking lot over there, but there are people who park cars in their yards or businesses. Whoever gave you the tip probably knows more than me.

I don't spend much time in that part of town if you know what I mean...

All I meant was, you can't drive up and pull into a stadium lot like you do at Arrowhead.

Now you're speaking truth! Can't you reserve like a tailgating spot in the stadium parking lot though? It might be too late but someone should check that. That way people can park wherever and just walk to the stadium.

If someone had access to an RV, they could park in the RV lot right on the riverfront. That would be pretty sweet.
