How did the mimosas and the Bloody Mary get OK'd as alcoholic drinks for breakfast, but nothing else can seem to break that threshold?

Exactly what I was going to post. Who gives a shit? We already have two drinks that are served as a part of breakfast and brunch in restaurants all over the Western World. Who cares if you have a beer? By having low alcohol, it's sticking to the tradition of the mimosa. Bloody's though? That's a good way to get knackered and have an early nap.
