Not really, the microUSB slot is far far far more useful. Not too easy to connect to a PC via an SD card slot...

Yup. Which would make it pretty bad ass. It's pretty much a guarantee, that if it has the potential to be popular and stay in the market a while, it will be supported better by the user community than by the manufacturer itself. Which is an evolution of tech usage that makes me warm and fuzzy inside.

I was reading a pretty good review of the Fire, and then they noted that it doesn't include 3G. That's really a deal-breaker, IMO.
