Saw it last night. Definitely the kind of movie you go to a movie theater to see.

I implore you....if there ever were a movie that you should not "just wait for it to come out on video".....this is the one. See it in 3d and see it in Imax 3d if at all possible. The 3d combined with the large screen and the cavernous emptiness of the large room help modify the enormity of what is occurring on the screen. It is well worth the extra money. There were points during the movie where I found my heart beating rapidly and was breathing heavily. It's a hell of a ride.

Totally 2nd this advice, and would add that I think it's better to sit a little closer to the screen than you typically are used to. I sat about a 1/3 of the way up- essentially trying to cover my peripheral vision.

I think folks will be disappointed if they see this movie in 2-D.

I'm confused by some of you complaining about realism. It is a movie. I am betting a lot of you are fans of super hero movies. Do you think Stark could survive the G-forces in his suit? The point is to sit back and enjoy the experience presented before you.

I know what you're getting at, but this was presented in a realistic way, whereas the comic movies are clearly, literally, fabulous.

That said, I enjoyed the overall experience -- the MOVIE experience.

For those not attracted to Sandra, keep in mind she's almost 50, and she wasn't wearing much (if any) makeup for this role. Check her out in "The Proposal": makes me wish I was an oven mitt.

Cinematography was superb.

Most tense movie I've seen since The Wages of Fear.
