Should Hootie be able to bribe his way off permaban?
Ok, just to be clear, this is a non binding poll. I'm just curious to find out what you guys feel on this.

Hootie wants to come back and offered to pay $150 to the server fund + $10/month AND will behave himself.

Any final decision on this is up to the mods... they have to deal with the messes so it's their call.

Like Hootie said to the passed out girl... "Pole is coming up"

The double standard works both ways. Yes, he has been let back while some others haven't. At the same time, moderators don't follow around other posters just looking for a reason to ban them...and trying to get a reaction out of them if they can't find an excuse.

Regardless of what occurred between a singular mod and member, the others must have agreed that his presence was troublesome. From my understanding, it takes a consensus to ban a member - it's not an action that can be taken independently (unless AustinChief makes the decision, in which all bets are off).

Furthermore, this post does not address the difficulties of moderating a site with 11,000+ members and the associated headaches.

And as Founding Member, I have to say that it takes an almost concerted effort to get banned on this site, yet Hootie was able to accomplish that feat repeatedly on multiple occasions with multiple user names.

At some point, enough is enough.
