What kind of video editing? Like GPU intensive rendering type stuff?

She was originally wanting to do her editing in 4K in Adobe Premiere. However, I am pretty sure that type of system is way out of her price range. She is basically going to edit together clips for exercise and yoga instructionals.

Since I started working in IT, I don't know how many people I've told that I'm not a windows admin, so I can't fix their computer. I don't have ANY knowledge of apple's product line, so don't ask about your Mac.... I try to explain that I'm a firewall admin, and that's where my knowledge is focused. All I get in return is a blank stare, and a "soo, can you fix it?"
