Really informative interview. The biggest thing I learned is that black really isn't slimming.

That was absolutely worthless for NFLN to have them both on the same set and he same time. Reid wasn't going to say anything bad about the team or needing a better QB than what was there. Worthless interview.

Reid wouldn't say any of that regardless.

The only problem I have with this is that the first draft class of Pioli is now at the same point we were at with a lot of guys at this team. A lot of people thought Carr sucked, Albert needed to be moved to Guard, Derrick Johnson was a colossal bust, Jamaal Charles was a backup....

Just because we hate Scott, I don't think we can sit here and say guys like Arenas, Jackson, Dorsey, and even McCluster are bums. Sure, they haven't done much, but honestly, think back to right when Pioli got here. There were a lot of guys on this team that are still on the team that "sucked".

NFL network had Geno Smith highlights playing in the backround the whole time.

So you couldn't see Pioli giving Reid a handy under the table.

There was a little bit of awkwardness when discussing Piolis daughter TPing Reids house.
I bet its a true story and went something like so..

Pioli: Damn bastard Reid cost me my cushy office!
Daughter: Want me to TP his house?
Pioli: Yes, but I would rather use it as a passive aggressive jab at him on live TV
Daughter: ok

That was awkward. And I thought it was really inappropriate for SP to tell Reid not to get locked into the QB.

DeCastro is who I wanted last year, and it would have been a great pick for multiple reasons.

A. He is and will be a better football player than Dontari Poe IMO

B. Our OL would be in great condition with him to help a rookie QB. Albert/DeCastro/Hudson/Asamoah/Winston is a very good looking OL.

and most importantly...

C. We wouldn't be hearing these assholes talking about us taking a Guard 1st overall this year.

We should have drafted Melvin Ingram.

Then all you would have heard about was some backup ILB killing his girlfriend and himself.
