Something I spoke about and got a lot of shit for.

The knock on Baldwin is that in all his time at Pitt, he never showed any visible improvement on his routes. The knock on him is that he's a workout warrior. He works incredibly hard on conditioning and staying in shape, but his on-field work ethic is questionable, and there are question marks around how coachable he is.

I think the part that bums people out the most is that it could have been Andy Dalton. Not that Dalton is a proven QBOTF, but he's at least a QB plan B we don't have.
