Who knows what our record would be. Being he's a rookie I seriously doubt we'd be 8-0. I'll agree with that.

Is 4-4 or 5-3 really out of the question with this defense?...

You do know the Jets defense is ranked above us right, Jets offense line is much much better than the Chiefs hell their recievers are betterthan ours.

Their WR's were all hurt. Their starting HB was hurt. And Geno has played a much tougher schedule than we have...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

unfortunate for the Jets defense, the pts allowed is skewed due to all of Geno's pick sixes and his fumbles in his own red zone.

I don't think we would be 3-5 w/ GS. Just as I don't think the Jets would be 8-0 w/ AS.

I don't view AS as a guy that's good enough to get us to a SB...hopefully I'm wrong.

I think the biggest problem last week was Thomas can erase one of our pass rushers without help. That allows them to double Houston. They were able to drop our pass rush from FEARSOME to EFFECTIVE.

And it also looked like they watched some tape on S. Smith and knew just how to beat him.

The good news is we won't be playing the best LT in the game after this week...

Are we really hashing this out in yet another thread? As a Geno supporter, I would have liked the Chiefs to draft him and given him a year to acclimate to the NFL. But they didn't. And while I will watch Geno, it will be purely to improve my own ability to assess QBs. Meanwhile, a bunch of scorned women will continue to start dumb threads like these. I still think Geno makes it in the NFL. The jury is hardly out after 8 games.

Remember when people said we would win 8 games max this year because of Smith?

Remember when people said KC couldn't win games with Smith throwing 26+ times a game?

Remember when people said no way Smith plays 16 games this season?

This is a fun game.
