Geno Smith Escorted off airplane by police for verbal altercation
Apparently he was upset with their seating policy. Can't you see Brady, Manning or Rodgers doing this?
http://deadspin.com/geno-smith-alleg...ops-1503821554 Geno Smith Allegedly Escorted Off Plane By LAX Cops [UPDATE] Geno Smith Allegedly Escorted Off Plane By LAX Cops [UPDATE] SEXPAND Jets quarterback Geno Smith was apparently escorted off a Virgin America flight at LAX today by police after what a witness called a "verbal altercation." The photo you see above was sent to us by a reader who witnessed the incident and says the shot came "moments before" Smith was escorted out of the airport by cops. Our tipster wasn't the only person who saw it: @JimmyTraina I don't have video, but I'm at LAX and just saw a Geno Smith fiasco yelling at Virgin America workers. Escorted by cops LOL — Mark Rue (@markyOso) January 17, 2014 We're working on getting more details, but it looks like Geno's weekend isn't off to a great start. Update (7:11 p.m.): Our tipster fills in some details: We were waiting for our flight at LAX to Vegas and were put on standby on Virgin American just like Geno. We were told to get seat assignment at 2:40. Apparently Geno was not on board with that. My friend walked over to discuss seat assignment and Geno was saying to airline ticket agents, "**** that, this is bullshit." "Why the **** do I have to wait until 2:40." He would not let it go. He continued to curse and be loud for about 5 minutes. Police were called. They talked for a few minutes and then 3 officers escorted him out of the terminal. There guys act as if Alex didnt play some really bad football before the bye.
They forget how bad he was in a few games...and he wasnt a rookie, either...he was a guy in his 9th year in the NFL...but he gets excused because he had a Chiefs logo on his helmet. FFS Geno was a rookie starter that almost took the least talented team in the whole NFL to the playoffs. Since you guys ignored it the first time... How many more games would Geno have won if he had 9 more probowl players on his team? |

And the Jets are far from the least talented team. They had a good Defense.

Most here said that the Jets have a better Oline, and WR corps than the Chiefs.

Smith was doing what was asked of him most of the season. What the haters here call bad games were game management games that Alex just did enough. He starting getting more comfortable as the season went on, it was encouraging.
Geno could improve, sure, but he's got some issues to overcome to do so, issues that are the reason I'm glad he's not here. |

It shows explicitly how much of this discussion is based on emotion and nothing else. One side says Alex can do no right and the other says he can do no wrong. Chiefsplanet is like a ****ing PTA meeting, filled with angry women. |

Sorry, but "hater" seems to be the common word here for this stuff. I could say those with a perceived unfounded bias based on preconceived opinions.
