Here's the blurb from the Star. Cover your plants and hope that this means another mild summer.

... Freeze warning in effect from 3 am to 8 am CDT Tuesday...

The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill has issued a freeze
warning... which is in effect from 3 am to 8 am CDT Tuesday.

A cold air mass... along with clear skies and winds going calm for a
while tonight... will set the stage for temperatures dropping
below freezing in many locations across the warned area. In fact
some locations may see readings dip in the the upper 20s for
several hours.

A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions can kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.

It's a little cooler down here than it normally is this time of year. Suppose to get down to 53 tonight.
