Did you miss the links I posted or are you just choosing to ignore them so you can carry on with this bullshitting? LeBron has been statistically one of the best playoff performers in the history of basketball and has been very clutch over his postseason career as well.

I also think its funny with the argument that the talent isn't as good when 2 of LeBron's Finals losses have been to another top 10 player of all time in Duncan.

Let's wait until Lebron actually wins a few more championships before comparing him to Jordan.

It seems to me that the people who bring up MJ the most here are those who feel that his legacy is threatened by LeBron.

It's always easier to bullshit about something you know nothing about than to actually look at the facts, I guess.

Perhaps they are threatened.

A lot of fans fell in love with the NBA because of Jordan, so Lebron threatens an almost mythical figure from their childhood.

For myself, I became a Bulls fan because their games were on WGN back when big dishes were the craze in the mid-80's.

I also remember similar arguments being made about the greatest ever back then, too. This is not a new argument, simply different players being included in the argument.

You should probably compare Lebron's success to Kobe Bryant as well. It would be a more apt comparison since Bryant played in an era closer to James and also started out in the NBA straight out of high school.

FYI, Bryant 3-peated within 6 years in the league; won his first championship after 3 years in the league.

Again, it took James 7 years, a different city, and playing under a different star before he could even win 1.
The point of the graphic, if you actually read my post, was to demonstrate that much of LeBron's story has yet to be told at age 29. Same as Jordan. If we judged MJ, only through his age 29 season, he wouldn't be the greatest of all time.
I am not actually trying to compare them. It's a pointless exercise at this point. But I am reasonable enough to understand that LeBron's best years may still be ahead of him.

Has Lebron played on the same team as a "50 greatest players of all-time"?

Jordan did.

I am in the same boat. I lived in Memphis with no local team. Followed Jordan from his success and on to the Bulls. Great, he's actually going to play for a team I can watch on cable TV (either Chicago, Atlanta or New York). I watched every available game and was a Jordan fanatic. I believe he's the best of all time. But, I am not of the opinion that we'll never see anyone that matches him.

I can assure you that I've watched plenty more basketball games (and plenty more of LeBron) than you this year. But carry on with this ignorant bullshitting.

LeBron played with a washed up Shaq 5 years ago. Still a good point, though.
