God damn it. I have a 4 gig X Box, and I cant get this game or Blacklist to load after deleting every ****ing thing in sight. Do you guys think my system is screwed up, or do I just need to buy another drive? I am not happy about this.

Dont buy a hard drive. Just plug a jump drive into your xbox (imagine works for ps3 too).
It is roughly an 8 gig install.

I played this bastard for a good 6 hours last night. good god it's glorious.
I literally had to tell myself "Ok...save, and get your ass to bed".
I could seriously see how someone could spend hours and hours and hours in a single sitting playing this

I could not get into GTA IV. I thought San Andreas was one of the best games ever, but IV didn't do it for me.

Bought this as a B-day present to myself. Played for 2 hours and I'm hooked. Miles better than GTA IV.

If you did, and if you liked those characters in any way, Rockstar takes a giant dump down your throat when they introduce Trevor.

In the first scene we ever see him, Trevor brutally murders the protagonist for TLaD, Johnny Klebitz. Within about five minutes of the player taking control of Trevor, he has murdered every single remaining protagonist from that Liberty City Story.

Not sure if it was a point being made to those folks, or what. I remember a lot of negativity from reviewers about playing as Johnny Klebitz, because he was actually a scumbag, through and through. There really wasn't anything to like about him, and really the talk about his character overshadowed the actual gameplay.

Wonder what those Nancy's were thinking when they met Trevor? He made Johnny K look like a Goddamn boy scout after emasculating him and banging his girl, and then he stomped his freaking brains out on the ground.

Yeah, I was wondering if that was the same guy from The Lost and the Damned. I had a hard time with Lost and the Damned if only because the driving sucks on IV, and they compound that by making you ride around on a bike and have to manually shoot at people. I made it about 5 missions deep into that game before going back to Red Dead Redemption.


So far I am really loving the story for V. I thought it would be cliche to love Trevor but man do I love that character. So far, I am not seeing any issues that reviewers were complaining about in regards to the story. However, I am only 22%.

I spent last night driving around looking for the random event on the high way up north looking for her:

She is crashed on the side of the road randomly, you take her to the hospital. Then, get her in heists for cheap. Instead I found a drug deal gone bad and got $25000. After leaving the scene with the money, I had the cartel chase me down and kill me. I LOVE THIS GAME!
