Geno Smith Escorted off airplane by police for verbal altercation
Apparently he was upset with their seating policy. Can't you see Brady, Manning or Rodgers doing this?
http://deadspin.com/geno-smith-alleg...ops-1503821554 Geno Smith Allegedly Escorted Off Plane By LAX Cops [UPDATE] Geno Smith Allegedly Escorted Off Plane By LAX Cops [UPDATE] SEXPAND Jets quarterback Geno Smith was apparently escorted off a Virgin America flight at LAX today by police after what a witness called a "verbal altercation." The photo you see above was sent to us by a reader who witnessed the incident and says the shot came "moments before" Smith was escorted out of the airport by cops. Our tipster wasn't the only person who saw it: @JimmyTraina I don't have video, but I'm at LAX and just saw a Geno Smith fiasco yelling at Virgin America workers. Escorted by cops LOL — Mark Rue (@markyOso) January 17, 2014 We're working on getting more details, but it looks like Geno's weekend isn't off to a great start. Update (7:11 p.m.): Our tipster fills in some details: We were waiting for our flight at LAX to Vegas and were put on standby on Virgin American just like Geno. We were told to get seat assignment at 2:40. Apparently Geno was not on board with that. My friend walked over to discuss seat assignment and Geno was saying to airline ticket agents, "**** that, this is bullshit." "Why the **** do I have to wait until 2:40." He would not let it go. He continued to curse and be loud for about 5 minutes. Police were called. They talked for a few minutes and then 3 officers escorted him out of the terminal. Sure am glad that Reid and Dorsey made the right call when it came to drafting Geno Smith.
For those of you who wanted to draft him and let him set for a year or 2. You guys must have lost your minds. No team should ever draft a player at 1.1 that has to set for at least a year or two. That would mean that whatever team drafted that player reached by a round if not 2 rounds. No GM or HC would do anything like that. Which they should not.

Just another illustration of how the QB class last year was one of the worst on record. The top guy going into the draft was supposedly someone who ran a simple, shotgun-only offense in college and who has character problems and an underwhelming final collegiate season.
The top guy actually drafted posted one or two quality games but had a knee injury that took him out toward the end of the year. Barkley played in two games and threw a bunch of picks. Nassib never took a snap. Tyler Wilson couldn't even stay on the team that drafted him's roster all season. Glennon is the jewel of this QB class? Well, he played in 13 games and threw 20 TDs and 9 INTs. Really, can you say that all of these guys are better prospects than Bray? Can we say that we'd rather have Vagina Smith than Bray? Probably, but with how much confidence? |

No, some wanted him so badly that they detested the possibility that anyone MIGHT not agree. IF you did disagree you were a f'ing moron and would get dog piled by their mob. Absolutely one of the worst periods on this board, when the idiots took over the asylum...
