Chiefs Gerrard released

I actually think Garrard at his peak might have been better than Cassel. I don't know that GoChiefs argument helps that at all though... they look pretty similar actually when you look at it. Cassel at his peak might have actually been better.

Garrard's biggest claim to fame is he went toe to toe with the undefeated Patriots for one half in a playoff game. Otherwise there's really not much to write home about.

And really the biggest thing is how does he look now? I didn't watch any of his play in preseason. The guy hasn't played in two years, all those stats mean squat if the guy is a banged up shell of his old self.
