Movies
Yeah, so I saw a lot of movies this weekend.

Elizabeth: The Golden Age - Mediocre, at best. Slow and dragged on. Shorten it to 2 hours and it's golden. It's not, so it fails.

Michael Clayton - Amazing. Everything about it is awesome. However, it's VERY complex and mind bending. You have to think, so be prepared. I still feel like I'm missing key details of exactly what happened. Gotta see it again.

Across the Universe - Perfect is one word that comes to mind. It just works. And, contrary to many people I bet, the movie is best viewed sober. Trust me.

Watched "Grown Ups" this weekend.

and I went in with very low expectations. We were browsing throught nextflix online and we both saw it/remembered the previews from last year etc.

overall, I'd say it was pretty bad. I laughed a few times. It just seemed like a long drawn out version of SNL skits / or comedians sitting around riffing.

dunno. Just overall disappointed as I was really looking forward to seeing it.
oh well.

King's Speech made my British heart SWELL with pride. I wish I was really British. Born there, but pretty much a fraud.

Geoffery Rush was amazing. Whoever designed the sets was even more amazing.
