We don't think Bray is that guy? I have never really seen him play, except for his brief stints with the Chiefs, but some around here keep talking about what a physical stud that guy is. Looks kinda skinny to me. The way people talk about him, I was expecting Conan the Barbarian!

My concern with him is if he can ever pick up the mental part of the game. I got to ask him a few questions at camp while my son got his pic taken with him and he seemed more "boy" than "man". Boys don't lead nfl teams.

I just hope he can take the #2 spot so we can clear that stupid contract of Chase Daniel off the books and maybe even get a late rounder for him.

Even though is was a preseason game, he was a lot of fun to watch in the 4th game where he played a whole half. Probably one of the most naturally gifted qb's I have ever seen donning our uniform.

Which Bray did consistently on the shorter stuff. He also showed that he has very poor ball security, holding the ball down and away from his hips, even. If he started last year I bet he would have thrown 20+ picks and fumbled at least once per game...but he would have given us some fun moments, too.

I'm anxious to see how he has improved in these areas when camp opens up because those are pretty much the bread and butter areas for a WCO QB. Short passing game and ball security.
