Mmm, that's why sniping in hardcore is so much tastier... ain't no killcam, you don't get compromised after every kill.

I did play some guy running around with the thumper last night. The guy was either hacking somehow, was a mind reader or was just REALLY REALLY good. It was eerie how he kept getting me without seeing me AT ALL - at one point he was following my path with his thumper (I was running, he was aiming) and I couldn't see myself AT ALL on his killcam (gillie suit against grassy background on Wasteland from far away), but he launched right to where I was headed (and I haven't been to that spot either) and it arrived on the dot to blow me the **** up. His sight was, literally, following me dead on for like 3 full seconds. It was like I had a big ****ing red target over my head that stuck out like a sore thumb to him... I don't know... I couldn't even get pissed when I was watching his killcam, just sat there in bewilderment.

Also my friend has been in town from Michigan so I haven't really been playing much video games at all.

I really can't anymore. I got a scare at work where they told me to stop coming in late or else I'm fired, so I need to get sleep.

Not sure yet, but it's a possibility. I'm pretty much ready to go back to hardcore, too.

Got my Danger Close done last night. Still need Marathon (at 88/104 miles), Lightweight (not even close), Scrambler and Last stand (52/100). But I figure I can get all those done in hardcore (with the exception of Lightweight).
