Thanks Jack. One horrible job of pitching.

I don't even know whom to be mad at anymore.
Jack is horrible, sure - but Edgar keeps trotting him out there. |

Soria sucks, but the offense scored 2 runs.
It all sucks. |

This offense is putrid, but a 2 run lead in the 8th is a 2 run lead in the 8th.

It sucks Soria had to pitch, but we lost Davis and Hoch to injuries, so not much of a choice right now. Strahm is starting to get some work and obviously Herrera would have pitched the 9th for the save.
Who else is Ned suppose to use in the 8th? Wang? Flynn? Moylan? Do we really feel more comfortable with any of those guys?? |

Pounders isn't even on the team anymore, was sent down for BB. Plus, he didn't exactly light the world on fire in his bullpen stint here.
I get the criticism for Soria, I don't disagree, but with the injuries and ineffectiveness of other relievers, what other options does Ned have at this point? |

Yeah, always sucks when your 3yr/$25 million dollar bullpen arm has to pitch.

The whole last few innings was a shit show. Not being able to get the run home in the 8th, Soria, then Burns not bunting, then no stolen base attempt. It was all very 2016 Royals
