Report: Seahawks might have interest in a trade for Andre Davis
Len Pasquarelli of ESPN.com reports the Cleveland Browns have had casual trade discussions with the Seattle Seahawks about a trade involving wide receiver Andre Davis.

The Seahawks have an obvious need at wide receiver since the release of former first round draft choice Koren Robinson. The Seahawks signed two veteran wide receivers in the offseason, Joe Jurevicius and Jerome Pathon. The Seahawks need a deep threat which Davis could provide.

A major hitch in trading Davis is that he is entering the final year of his rookie contract so any team who might trade for him would want to sign him to an extension. His agent Kennard McGuire said there have been no discussions on an extension and that his client would not be adverse to a trade.
