The place that just laid me off had 10 year old computers and a server that needed an estimated $20,000 just to get it to run right. On top of that, they were debating about new CAD software before the layoffs. There were many times our engineering office was very close to those exact scenes. If I'd known my job was in the crapper, I may have been the guy with the sledgehammer.

There are a couple that look like they may be some sort of financial services pit, those are sometimes taped. If I had to hazard a guess I'd say they're 99% fake, though.
