I wasn't the "first" to do anything but suck Cassel off hard before he had even played a down for us.
But you are right that I was extremely critical of him during 2010. That Buffalo game made me start to ****ing hate him, and it only grew from there.

Man, what terrible fans they have in San Francisco.
Look at this blog that dares to question the experts running a San Francisco franchise, that thinks a player sucks because of his observable history. What bad fans.

You are equating SF picking up Frenchy to what? KC trading for Smith? Really? |

Our favorite Niners/Chiefs fan keeps telling anyone who isn't 100 percent sold on the front office moves that they're a terrible fan because they don't have faith in the "experts" in the GM and coach's seats. Here is a San Francisco fan being extremely snarky, disappointed and critical of the Jeff Francoeur pickup and what it means for his team. Guess he must be a terrible fan, too, since he dares to question the front office and criticize it based on the history of the player being signed.

I think SOC proved last year that you don't have to have faith in the FO to be a good fan once that FO has proven inadequate. IN that case being a good fan meant voicing your displeasure loud enough to make an impact. However railing on a FO that hasn't shown any propensity to be incompetent is kind of silly. The Giants are well run organization. If you read that whole blog the guy isn't that harsh on the move IMO anyway. |

They gave up a LOT for Smith, and I'm concerned about how tied the FO is to him. It's possible they'll cut him/replace him/trade him/draft his replacement after this season if it doesn't work the way Andy Reid wants it to work. If he does end up being just a one- or two-year stopgap, Dorsey got ripped off at an epic level in the trade with the 49ers. After so many years of dumbassery from the Chiefs front office when it comes to the QB spot, I'm going to HAVE to see the new front office make the right move at that spot before I believe they will.

Most of your posts have some semblance of intelligence... so if you truly didn't comprehend this before.. I hope you are at least able to now. ... and for so many crybabies asking me to leave? Why not just put me on that fruity "ignore" list? Feel free. I'm only here to read and possibly discuss football with those that are willing to give the team a chance. Those who do nothing but cry... those who have accepted defeat already... they can all jump off a cliff for all I care. That would only improve CP and the KC fan base. |

Wait, I thought it was irrelevant what previous front offices have done with picks and qb decisions?
If that's the case why do we think this front office will have shitty 2 round picks like the previous ones have? |

Carl Peterson and Scooter Pioli sucked at drafting with their 2nd round picks. They also both made big errors in trading for and relying on other teams' leftovers at the QB position. If you give Dorsey the benefit of the doubt on the QB thing, don't you ALSO have to give him the benefit of the doubt on the 2nd round pick?

I'm not that concerned about the other 2nd rounder so I don't see any issue with giving him the benefit of the doubt. I think in the end if Smith does what Dorsey and Reid expect him to do that 2nd rounder wont matter. I'm confident they expect to win and to win soon. The whole logic for the move was this isn't going to be a a rebuilding year. |

This is like buying a new house and having a problem with your foundation and some guys come in and say "I'll spackle some $3it up there so it doesn't leak for 3 years and the realtors won't notice!" Uh...not the solution I was looking for...
