Oh, BTW, a few of my fellow Columbia residents can vouch for this one.
I heard a commercial on the radio that perfectly sums up the Kim Anderson/Norm Stewart approach to talent/coaching. It's a Steve's Pest Control commercial (local company that kills bugs). Norm's the spokesperson and at the end of the add he says "I should have recruited Steve; if he'll work like this at controlling pests, I know he'd have been a great basketball player..." Ladies and Gentlemen, that's Kim Anderson. "**** skill, GRIT FOR THE WIN!!!" It really was peak idiot Norm rationale.

Wojciechowski would be my target if I was Mizzou. Use that $EC football money.

Hard to say. Length of futility, I'd have to say Kansas Football. It's hard to be that bad for that long. But Kansas did beat Texas last year. So snapshot view, this season alone, you'd have to say that Kansas football is better than Missouri basketball. Frankly, I think you could assemble a basketball team from the Kansas football squad, give Bill Self 2 weeks to coach it up and it would beat MU basketball by 20 on a neutral site (12 at Mizzou arena).

Romar....ugh.
Dude can't coach. And what good is bringing in these premier recruits when they are 1 and done guys who you can't figure out how to use anyway? I'd go get Wojcik out of timeout from Gonzaga before I'd take Lorenzo Romar (or Travis Ford for that matter).

Mizzou has to do something. The lousy attendance will not be tolerated by the movers and shakers.

Pomeroy ranks the 351 D1 teams. MU ranks 351st in the "luck" rankings, which says that basically MU has been the most unlucky team and should have 2-3 more wins.

Yeah, "luck" is the problem at MU.
