One thing I have noticed in this thread and the world in general is this idea that if someone does something to piss you off, the best thing is to do something to piss them off in return even further.

Why is that a good idea? Is a slightly bruised ego from someone you'll never see again worth escalating every time? What would this redneck have done if the person in the next car wasn't an inbred woman with a cellphone and instead was an unstable person with a gun? What if they'd wanted to escalate again in kind? You guys with a wife and kids at home, is that a gamble that you joyfully make over someone going 5mph too slow in front of you for a couple of minutes...?

Doesn't make any sense to me.

I don't think they are going to find her in the physical sense just on the web. I think she will eventually regret posting that video. And I don't think anyone feels sympathy towards the redneck. They just think the lady is just as dumb and "karma" should be paying her a visit as well.

It's hard to get a complete feel for the situation from the limited view of the footage and lack of knowledge regarding the road itself. It looks like the kind of highways we have out here like 99, which I have been on a lot, that travel between but also through small towns. The speed limits and layouts vary wildly even within the stretch of a few miles. With just that video the only thing I see that she did wrong was speeding up to get next to him at the end after he had passed. It was stupid, but I can see why she might do something stupid after the guy was riding her ass for no real reason. Luckily it looks like no one got hurt. I'd say she's kind of a bitch for cheering and taunting when he crashed but she could see that nothing bad had (apparently) come of the crash and she probably had some adrenaline flowing.
