YOU MEAN THEY MIGHT LOSE IF THEY DON'T SCORE MORE POINTS THAN THE OTHER TEAM?

Just kidding, I get what you are saying, they don't have inside game if they are cold from the guards.

Yeah but we have been good this year at in-game adjustments. If our 3's aren't hitting we work the ball inside. I will give Haith a lot of credit for that. He is good at reading the team during the game and making the adjustments to keep us in the game. The only bad loss we have had so far this year was KSU. Our loss to OSU was a winnable game where we brainfarted and OSU's Nash just lit it up in the last 6 minutes.

MU was 14 for 28 from the 3pt line. Not gonna lose many games shooting it that well, especially after starting 2-9 from 3.

MU had to shoot it well today as Baylor made an effort to keep them out of the lane and it's tough to score in there with that length.

Good win for the Tigers.

Well...I don't think the recruits are picking them based on whether or not they beat KU/Mizzou.

When Flip Pressy is hitting 3's you know it's going to be a good day for the team behind the arc.

Okay, I've been listening to that from Kansas fans and it's annoying the hell out of me.

"Oh, well we dominated them except for 3 minutes at the end of the game..."

With 6 minutes left, Mizzou trailed by one. It's not like KU was kicking the hell out of MU at the 34 minute mark or anything - the game was tied.

Nobody dominated anybody; it was a game of runs. Kansas had a couple, Mizzou had a couple. Yeah, Kansas was up 8 with 3 minutes left because they had just finished their 3 minute run...fortunately we had one more minute 3 minute run of our own.

Just so much sour grapes last week. **** 'em all.

I don't either, something fishy going on when that many top recruits go to a place like Baylor.

Might be in the minority as a KU fan but I though the MU KU game was pretty even save for 2 or 3 runs by each team.

It was a great college basketball game. I dunno why KU fans have to demean it with some of the bullshit, but it is what it is I guess.

And an MU fan told me "it was great to beat KU's A game with MU's B game".... it goes both ways.

I agree. Neither team ran away with anything. And KU fans are that way because the MU game doesn't mean anythng, ya know?

IMO both teams played about as well as they possibly could.

That's exactly what it was.

For 5 minutes spurts, they would trade blows. Then KU would have a run that made it look like they were going to hide...and Mizzou would answer back to tie it.

The only thing that made it look like KU was dominating was that KU tended to have the first run, then Mizzou would answer back. Then the two teams would trade punches for another 5 minutes, rinse and repeat. Mizzou had that one first-strike run where they got up about 6, then KU answered.

But no, I've been advised that Mizzou only played well for 2 minutes at the end of the 1st and 3 minutes at the end of the 2nd.

Like I said - **** 'em.
