Actually, this sounds like its been a pretty good gig for him. He has all of the space from his gf that he needs as long as he's "got something to do at home"....and had an agreed arrangement where all he had to do was go to your house, so he could leave when he was done.

BTW, if this sounds familiar, then you definitely need to be moving on. As someone else noted, you're something like the 5th most important female in his life. You might want to aim a bit higher.
