so bye bye to the Pioli jive. Drove ole Brady to the ledge but the Quinn had run dry. And good ole boys were saying that Parcells was sly. But this is the day that we died. Cause we didn't take Jimmy at 5.

Crennel must want a do over of his last head coaching job. Rumor has it that Derek Anderson is coming to town also.

I guess he will have to settle for Quinn and Braylon Edwards.

Billy Volek got cut. A much better backup option than Quinn.

just like i thought, Pioli will try and sign someone who stinks more than Cassel.
Palko was more competition than Quinn would be.

Well, its not Palko. haha I dont know what the **** the Chiefs are trying to do. They have been doing some nice things, but when it comes to the quarterback. It just cancels one another out. As long as Mark is our QB, all this shit is for nothing. Its sad.

To anyone who thinks that bringing Brady Quinn in might be a good move, I suggest you watch the Donkeys last preseason game last year. The Donks did everything in their power to hand the backup qb job to Quinn that day, and to say he shit the bed would be putting it mildly. He was HORRIBLE. He looked about as bad that day as any qb I've ever seen play, and I've seen Todd Marinovich and Ryan Leaf play against the Chiefs--so I've seen historically bad qb play.
So this is the "competition" Pioli is bringing in for Cassel in training camp. To Pioli's credit, it should actually be pretty competitive, since both Cassel and Quinn are on the short list of the worst qb's--starting or backup--on any NFL roster. Either Pioli's enormous ego won't let him admit that he was completely wrong about Casshole, or he just has a huge blind spot when it comes to evaluating qb play at the NFL level. Bringing Quinn in is evidence of the latter. Oh well, at least it's quarterback and not a really important position. |
