I guess this is as good of a game as any for my first gameday thread. I hope I don't screw up the victory.

Let's hope Guthrie can build on his last start and get our starting pitching woes turned around. Here is to a series split and a little momentum going into our next series featuring two divisional first place teams.

Regarding today's line-up:

Seriously??!! You're sitting Perez AND Cain at the same time??

Uhmmm..did someone forget to send the memo to Ned that Cain had 2 consecutive games off over a 3-day period just last week??

Now you've got a laundry list full of 0-for's with Guthrie pitching, so Ned should have just made it quick and simple by getting everyone on the plane last night and resting everybody today.
