I dunno, I think they are about right 20-25 in rank... We just EXPECT so much more from them that it's easy to be down on them now...

I think this year is setting up just like last year. They should have lost yesterday (and would have if they hadn't rung crist's bell in the first half) - I actually felt better about them after the uconn game than I do now. I said it in the week 2 college thread: I think their defense is even worse now than it was a year ago. Although I really like the way the sophomore Roh is looking taking over for Brandon Graham, they just don't have much talent (or size) on the defensive line and they're paper thin in the secondary.

And I don't think Denard Robinson is going to last the whole season if he's running as much as he has the first two weeks. Michigan really needs one of the backs to step up and help shoulder the load.

I don't think they'll 0-fer the Big 10 this year, but I don't think they're going to stand up very well against Iowa and Ohio State. They should end up better than last year, but they're not quite there yet. He needs another recruiting class.

I don't know, Iowa barely beat Mich last yr in Iowa City. I think Mich is gonna tank a little to during Big ten play but it would not shock me at all if iowa loses in ann arbor
